Prepare before you disconnect.
Offline editing is being prepared for the pilot. The app checks that its files are downloaded before showing that it is ready for offline use. Initial setup and updates need a connection.
Offline editing and licence checks still need pilot validation. This is not a fully air-gapped product.
Take the files with you.
Export PowerPoint slides and images before heading to site. They are self-contained: no Katabox login or internet connection is needed to present them.

Site layouts, procedure content and scene files are processed on your machine. Katabox does not upload them to Pinchysoft.
Save where your organisation allows.
Save projects as files and keep them in your approved storage. You decide who receives the project or exported slides. Keep a saved project file; browser recovery is not your only copy.
Separate from your scene.
The account service is separate from project storage. When enabled, it will hold account information and support text you choose to submit. Feedback does not automatically attach your scene or a screenshot.
The customer dashboard is currently a preview; sign-in and live submissions are not enabled.
